BAPT (The British Association for Psychological Type) was established to promote knowledge and good practice in the application of type – not just for qualified users of the MBTI® instrument but for everyone interested in Jungian psychological type theory. The annual conference provides a national focus for this meeting of minds.
This year’s British Association for Psychological Type (BAPT) Annual Conference takes place at Kents Hill Park, Milton Keynes on 12-14 April 2018. The conference theme is Type in the Digital Age.
Ei4Change’s Robin Hills is delighted to be delivering a workshop “Images of Resilience” based on the coaching toolbox designed to support the development of resilience in individuals and in teams.
The interactive session will explore different aspects of resilience viewed from an individual or team perspective. The session looks at how metaphors represented by images, and underpinned with coaching techniques, enable people to describe resilience in their own way leading to cathartic insights and long-term learning.
The challenge in this digital age is how to utilise images to support the development of resilience. The session will give insights into our work to develop this aspect and looks at the work that we have done reaching over 10,000 students in over 145 countries to develop self-awareness, resilience and an understanding of Type.
